Emma joined MRE in 2025 and is responsible for marketing and branding.

Previously, Emma served as an internal Director of Communications for Marriott International, supporting key communications and change management efforts for the company’s global technology team.

Prior to Marriott, Emma served as the Director of Communications for FourBlock, a national nonprofit dedicated to empowering veterans and military spouses in their transition to fulfilling civilian careers after military service.

She earned a dual B.A. in Communication and English from the University of Maryland and an M.P.S. in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University. Originally from New Jersey, she now calls Annapolis home.
