Penny joined MRE Capital in September 2025 as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the MRE Leadership Team. In this dual role, Penny leads the office operations while providing essential executive support. 

Prior to MRE, Penny served as the U.S. Administrative Director at dentsu, responsible for leading the national administrative team of 60 professionals and establishing operational consistency across the organization. She conceived and co-founded the Administration Center of Excellence, enhancing service delivery and expanding impact across the U.S. organization. 

Earlier in her career, Penny was the Director of Administrative and Office Services at Merkle and served as Territory Administrator for Best Buy.
