MRE Capital Welcomes Horatiu Calin as Senior Associate

Calin brings a wealth of experience in private equity and investment banking to the firm’s growing team.

ANNAPOLIS, MD – June 30, 2025 – MRE Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Horatiu Calin as Senior Associate. In this role, Horatiu will support the firm’s ongoing growth and strategic initiatives through origination, execution, and portfolio management activities.

Horatiu brings six years of experience in investing and financial services. Prior to joining MRE Capital, he was an Associate on the direct and co-investment team at Jasper Ridge Partners, where he focused on evaluating and executing private equity opportunities. He began his career in investment banking at Code Advisors and Citibank, advising clients on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
