Annapolis, MD – November 3, 2026 – MRE Capital ("MRE") is pleased to announce the continued expansion of its Investment Team with the addition of Julia Gray as Associate and Adrian Mann as Analyst. The hires follow the addition of Horatiu Calin as Senior Associate in 2025, continuing a period of deliberate growth for the firm. Together, they strengthen MRE Capital's capacity across origination, execution, and portfolio management.
As Associate, Julia will evaluate and execute investment opportunities, drawing on her experience in both private equity and private credit. Prior to joining MRE Capital, she worked as an Associate on the direct investment team at Tiverton, where she focused on evaluating and executing majority buyout and credit opportunities.
Julia began her career at Parkway Capital, a mezzanine investment firm, where she worked on subordinated debt and minority equity investments. Julia holds an MBA and BS from Loyola University of Maryland, where she remains actively involved as a member of the Alumni Association Board and previously served on the Board of Trustees.
As Analyst, Adrian will support the team's origination, diligence, and portfolio monitoring activities. He brings four years of experience in accounting and financial reporting to the role. Prior to joining MRE Capital, he worked in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialized in acquisition accounting, SEC reporting, and accounting advisory work across public and middle market clients. Adrian holds a Master's in the Science of Accountancy from Wake Forest University and a BS in Accounting from Elon University.
